Market Research & Analysis: Develop research plans based on business directions. Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and distribution channels. Collaborate with teams to extract insights and ensure accurate, complete data.
Market Data Management & Reporting: Standardize and categorize data by category, region, channel, SKU, pricing, etc. Maintain updated databases and design clear, structured reports. Ensure reports are visual, easy to use, and support decision-making.
Business Model & Channel Proposals: Evaluate new models (e.g., franchise, agency, cooperative stores). Recommend strategies on product, pricing, and positioning by customer segment. Present data-driven proposals with practical, actionable insights.
Pilot Projects: Support planning and execution of pilot programs. Monitor operations, gather feedback, and assess effectiveness. Report results to inform expansion or improvement plans.
New Product Launch Support: Provide data and assist with communication and training materials. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Procurement for consistent messaging. Conduct post-launch surveys and share performance insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or International Business
Fluency in English or Spanish (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Research, Business Development, or R&D
Proven ability to plan and execute projects
Strong in research, data analysis, and insight generation
Good understanding of product strategy, pricing, and consumer behavior
Skilled in report writing, presentation, and communication
Awareness of market trends and multi-channel distribution strategies.
Skilled in using AI-powered tools and office software for analysis and data management.
